Education is the backbone of a nation. No nation can develop without it.It’s necessary to ensure education to all classes of people. More than 50% peoples of Bangladesh live Bangladesh under poverty line. It costs is increasing day by day. So,a large number of students every year are dropping out. Only 2 percent educational institutions nationalization. On the other hand 98% institutions are non- government. So, it’s crying need to nationalize all non government Schools, Colleges, Madrashahs  and technical institutions.

To nationalize educational institutions  is beneficial for the government and country because most of the institutions have many treasury, wealth’s, lands, markets, ponds and the so on. Every year government pay mpo for enlisted teachers but get nothing returns. If government control and collect the income of non government institutions, it will be easy to nationalize. Ex Secretary of education Mr.Nazrul Islam Khan said “collecting income of non government institutions government can declare nationalization of all MPO institutions. Government has to pay 1000 crore taka only per year”. Now government pay a large amount of money per year for MPO  teachers.

There are about 39000 MPO institutions in Bangladesh. About 5 lakh and 7 thousand  MPO teachers are teaching about 1 core and 63 lakh students at the secondary and higher secondary level. In order to bring nationalization  pay scale for all the MPO institutions’ teachers our govt needs more 5820 core taka in every year. This 5820 core taka can easily be collected from all the MPO institutions’ fund monthly and yearly based. Suppose a govt college has 30000 students and 130 lecturers, professors. These 130 professors monthly salary is paid by collecting the monthly fees, exam fees, session charge of all those 30000 students. So in this way our govt can easily pay that nationalisation pay scale to all the MPO institutions’ teachers. Great leaders of Teachers’ association, please express the above mentioned logical issues to our govt urgently to bring that nationalization pay scale to all the MPO institutions’ teachers.

MPO teachers are getting basis scale of salary with 1000 taka house rent  and 500 taka only medical allowance deducting 6% welfare trust and retirement benefit . Again deduction of extra 4% totally 10% deduction makes teachers sorrowful and melancholic life with misery. A teacher can’t live smartly with the low amount. Tension and poverty make teachers dissatisfaction and depression. It affects on teaching, mentally.

Every year teachers call movement and observe hunger strike and strike demanding nationalization. Institutions are closed sometimes hamper teaching education. Students are deprived and general peoples are suffered from it. We can’t see the frustration in the well developed  country. To overcome the sector and digitalized the country comparing with other countries please declare nationalization of all educational institutions. The true dream of Father of the nation Bangabandu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was nationalization proved in Primary sector. Secondary and higher education is left yet after 48 years of independent of Bangladesh. Daughter of Bangabandu, Mother of humanity and successful Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina can fulfill the true dream. All teachers, students, guardians and peoples are earnestly waiting for the declaration of Nationalization of all MPO institutions.

So, we, therefore, pray and hope that Prime Minister of the present government, mother of humanity Sheikh Hasina would declare nationalization to ensure education for all classes peoples including peoples living under poverty line, ethnic peoples and tribes. We also looking for kind attention of Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni and Deputy Minister Barrister Nowfel. Please increase a budget in the coming financial year 2019-2020.
